Set the Pipedrive trigger as “Product added”

To activate your playbook actions before adding a product in Pipedrive, you need to add a trigger.

First, access your playbook and click on "Product added." from the Pipedrive options. This will enable your playbook to perform the required actions automatically when a product is added.

If you haven't connected your HubSpot account with Relay yet, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

2

Add the “Send message” step in Slack

Integrate the Slack automation into your playbook to ensure that you receive timely updates about the new Pipedrive product.

Select "Add Step" and then find the "Send message" automation for Slack. Enter all the required details, including the sender's name, the Slack channel for updates, and the message body containing detailed information.

If you still need to connect your Slack account to Relay, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Ensure that you allow the necessary permissions for Relay to send messages through your Slack account.

3

Activate your playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the Pipedrive via Slack. Once turned on, it will respond by sending messages to a Slack channel for every new product added to Pipedrive without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together.
