Set the Pipedrive trigger as “Project status changed”

Add the Pipedrive trigger to initiate your playbook's actions before changing the project status.

To do this, click "Add trigger" in your playbook. Select the "Project status changed" trigger option from the dropdown menu under Pipedrive. It will enable your playbook to identify newly changed project status and trigger necessary actions automatically.

If you have yet to connect your Pipedrive account to Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

2

Add the “Send DM” step in Slack

Integrate Slack automation into your playbook to ensure that you receive timely updates about the project status in Pipedrive.

Select "Add Step" and then find the "Send DM" automation for Slack. Enter all the required details, including the receiver's name, and the message body containing detailed information.

If you still need to connect your Slack account to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Ensure that you allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to send direct messages through your Slack account.

3

Activate your playbook

Activating your playbook is the last step. Once you turn it on, the playbook automatically sends Slack notifications when Pipedrive project status updates without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together.
