How to send a new email in Outlook for a new lead added in Pipedrive

Add the Outlook "Email received" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Email received" under Outlook. Then, select the relevant details. This trigger will automatically detect all the new emails received in Outlook to create a new lead in PIpedrive.

If this is your first time using an Outlook integration in Relay.app, you'll be prompted to connect your Outlook account.

Add the Pipedrive "Get or add lead for person" automation

Integrate the Pipedrive automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt addition of a new lead for a person in Pipedrive for every new email received in Outlook. Add a new step and select "Get or add lead for person" from the list of Pipedrive automations.

Connect Pipedrive to Relay.app if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Outlook to automatically pass along the right data.

Turn on the playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate adding a new lead in Pipedrive for every email received in Outlook. Once turned on, it will respond to every specific email received in Outlook by adding a new lead in Pipedrive without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
