Add the Pipedrive "Person added" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Person added" under Pipedrive. Then, select the necessary details. This trigger will automatically detect all the new person added in Pipedrive to create an email draft in Outlook.

If this is your first time using a Pipedrive integration in Relay.app, you'll be prompted to connect your Pipedrive account.

Add the Outlook "Create draft" automation

Integrate the Outlook automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a draft email in Outlook for every person added in Pipedrive. Add a new step and select "Create draft" from the list of Outlook automations.

Connect Outlook to Relay.app if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Pipedrive to automatically pass along the right data.

3

Turn on the playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate creating a new email draft in Outlook for every new person added in Pipedrive. Once turned on, it will respond to every new person added in Pipedrive by creating a new email draft in Outlook without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
