Set the Pipedrive trigger as “Deal stage changed”

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" in your playbook. Choose the "Deal stage changed" trigger from the Pipedrive options from there. It will enable your playbook to identify deals' stages that have been changed and trigger necessary actions automatically.

If you still need to connect your Pipedrive account to Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

Add the "Create draft" in Outlook automation

Integrate the Outlook automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of email drafts about the changes in the Pipedrive deals stage.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Create draft" automation for Outlook and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Outlook account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Outlook account.

Activate your Relay.app playbook
