Set the Pipedrive trigger as "Lead added"

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and initiates your playbook's actions.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Lead added" under Pipedrive automation. Then, select the necessary Pipedrive fields. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect new person added in Pipedrive and initiate necessary actions.

If this is your first time using a Pipedrive integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

Add the "Create draft" in Outlook automation

Integrate the Outlook automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of email drafts for each new lead added to Pipedrive.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Create draft" automation for Outlook and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Outlook account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Outlook account.

Activate your Relay.app playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of new email drafts via Outlook. Once turned on, it will respond to a new lead added in Pipedrive by creating an email draft via Outlook without manual intervention.
