Set the Pipedrive trigger as “Deal added”

Add the Pipedrive trigger to initiate your playbook's actions before adding deals.

To do this, click "Add trigger" in your playbook. Select the "Deal added" trigger option from the dropdown menu under Pipedrive. It will enable your playbook to identify newly added deals and trigger necessary actions automatically.

If you have yet to connect your Pipedrive account to Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

2

Add the "Create draft" in Outlook automation

Integrate the Outlook automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of email drafts for each deal added in Pipedrive.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Create draft" automation for Outlook and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Outlook account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Outlook account.

3

Activate your Relay.app playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of new email drafts via Outlook. Once turned on, it will respond to a new deal added in Pipedrive by creating an email draft via Outlook without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
