Add the Pipedrive "Deal added" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Deal added" under Pipedrive. Then, select the necessary fields. This trigger will automatically detect all the new deals added in Pipedrive to create a new issue in Jira.

If this is your first time using a Pipedrive integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Pipedrive account.

2

Add the Jira "Create issue" automation

Integrate the Jira automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of issues in Jira for every new deal added in Pipedrive. Add a new step and select "Create issue" from the list of Jira automations.

Connect Jira to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Pipedrive to automatically pass along the right data.

3

Turn on the playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate creating a new issue in Jira for every new deal created in Pipedrive. Once turned on, it will respond to every new deal added in Pipedrive by creating a new issue in Jira without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
