Add a Jira "Issue created" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Issue created" under Jira. Then, select the Project. This trigger will automatically detect all new issues created in Jira and add a new activity in Pipedrive for each issue.

If this is your first time using a Jira integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Jira account.

2

Add a Pipedrive "Add activity to person" step

Click "Add step" and then select "Add activity to person" from the list of Pipedrive automations.

Connect Pipedrive to Relay if you haven't already, and then configure the action by filling out the fields in the dialog on the right. You can reference fields from Jira to automatically pass along the right data.

3

Turn on the playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step! Once turned on, every new issue created in Jira will trigger the creation of a new activity in Pipedrive without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. We recommend that you perform a test run of your playbook to ensure that all steps are configured properly.
