1

Add the HubSpot "New form submission" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "New form submission" under HubSpot. Then, select the form. This trigger will automatically detect all the HubSpot form submissions to create a new contact in Apollo.

If this is your first time using a HubSpot integration in Relay.app, you'll be prompted to connect your HubSpot account.

2

Add the Apollo "Create contact" automation

Integrate the Apollo automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new contact in Apollo for every form submission in HubSpot. Add a new step and select "Create contact" from the list of Apollo automations.

Connect Apollo to Relay.app if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from HubSpot to automatically pass along the right data.

3

Turn on the playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate creating a new contact in Apollo for every HubSpot form submission. Once turned on, it will respond to every HubSpot submission by creating a new contact in Apollo without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
