Set the Webflow trigger as “New user added”

Add the Webflow trigger to initiate your playbook's actions when a new user is added.

To do this, click "Add trigger" in your playbook. Select the "New user added" trigger option from the dropdown menu under Webflow. It will enable your playbook to identify newly added users and trigger necessary actions automatically.

If you have yet to connect your Webflow account to Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

2

Add the “Send message” step in Slack

Integrate the Slack automation into your playbook to ensure that you receive timely updates about the newly added Webflow users.

Select "Add Step" and then find the "Send message" automation for Slack. Enter all the required details, including the sender's name, the Slack channel for updates, and the message body containing detailed information.

If you still need to connect your Slack account to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Ensure that you allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to send messages through your Slack account.

3

Activate your playbook

Activating your playbook is the last step. Once you turn it on, the playbook automatically sends a message on Slack when a new Webflow user is added without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together.
