1

Set the Pipedrive trigger as "Lead added"

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and initiates your playbook's actions.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Lead added" under Pipedrive automation. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect new leads added in Pipedrive and initiate necessary actions.

If this is your first time using a Pipedrive integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

2

Add the "Send email" in Gmail automation

Integrate the Gmail automation into your playbook to ensure that
you can promptly send the email for each lead added in Pipedrive.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Send email" automation for Gmail and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Gmail account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Gmail account.

3

Activate your Relay.app playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the automatic sending of email in Gmail. Once turned on, it will respond to new leads added in Pipedrive by sending a new email in Gmail without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
