Set the Pipedrive trigger as “Deal added”

Add the Pipedrive trigger to initiate your playbook's actions before adding deals.

To do this, click "Add trigger" in your playbook. Select the "Deal added" trigger option from the dropdown menu under Pipedrive. It will enable your playbook to identify newly added deals and trigger necessary actions automatically.

If you have yet to connect your Pipedrive account to Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

2

Add the "Send email" in Gmail automation

Integrate the Gmail automation into your playbook to ensure the email is promptly sent for each new deal added to Pipedrive.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Send email" automation for Gmail and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Gmail account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Gmail account.

3

Activate your Relay.app playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the automatic sending of new emails via Gmail. Once turned on, it will respond to a new deal added in Pipedrive by sending an email to the person via Gmail without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
