Add the Typeform trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Typeform - New response". Then, select the specific form you want to monitor for responses. If this is your first time using a Typeform integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Typeform account.

Now, every time there is a new response in Typeform, your playbook will run automatically.

2

Add the Slack Send message automation

Now you can notify a Slack channel when a new Typeform response is received. Add a new step and select "Slack - Send message" from the list of Slack automations.

Connect Slack to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out details such as the 'Destination channel' and 'Message'. You can reference fields from Typeform to automatically pass along the right data.

3

Turn on the playbook

When you have completed setting up the playbook, it's time to activate it.

The playbook will now operate on its own every time a new response comes in from Typeform. You also have the option to click "Check now" to manually initiate a check whenever you wish.
