To set up this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "Subscription status changed" under Paddle. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect each paused subscription in Paddle and initiate necessary actions.

Add the "Create draft" in Outlook automation

Integrate the Outlook automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of an email draft in Outlook when a subscription in Paddle has been paused.
