How to automatically add new Pipedrive person records for new Webflow form submissions

Add the Webflow "New form submission" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "New form submission" under Webflow. Then, select the form. This trigger will automatically detect all the new submitted form in Webflow to create new person in Pipedrive.

If this is your first time using a Webflow integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Webflow account.

Add the Pipedrive "Add person" automation

Integrate the Pipedrive automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new person in Pipedrive for every new form submitted in Webflow. Add a new step and select "Add person" from the list of Pipedrive automations.

Connect Pipedrive to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Webflow to automatically pass along the right data.

Turn on the playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate creating a new person in Pipedrive for every new form submitted in Webflow. Once turned on, it will respond to a new form submitted in Webflow by creating a new person in Pipedrive without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
