Add the Harvest "Task created" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Task created" under Harvest. Then, select the necessary details. This trigger will automatically detect all the new tasks created in Harvest to add a new card to the Trello list.

If this is your first time using a Harvest integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Harvest account.

2

Add the Trello "Add card to list" automation

Integrate the Trello automation into your playbook to promptly add a new card to a Trello list for each new task created in Harvest. Add a new step and select "Add card to list" from the list of Trello automations.

Connect Trello to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. Use references from Harvest to pass along the correct data automatically.

3

Turn on the playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate adding a new card to the Trello list for each task created in Harvest. Once turned on, it will respond to the new task created in Harvest by adding a new card to the Trello list without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
